Live painting is when a fine artist paints a scene while it’s happening.
The process requires a quick and skillful painter who is able to portray the atmosphere of the event, capturing the most important people and details while interacting with guests.

On the day of your wedding
As the wedding party prepares to walk down the aisle I will begin to set up my easel and capture the surroundings. When the ceremony takes place all the guests including myself will have your undivided attention. As you enter the reception you will be greeted with a blank canvas, the beginning of our journey together. Throughout cocktail hour the background foundation is laid. Depending on your requested portrait such as walking down the aisle or first dance, the overall layout begins to develop as we celebrate and break bread.
Ceremony or reception, I will transport all I need to each location. Don’t worry about me I’ll be entertainment for the guests. Painting from a select moment that captures this special night.
At the end of the wedding the painting will have its moment and we can discuss our next move. The painting can be taken home right then or more details can be added back in my studio. Delivery in Ohio is included. We’ll keep in touch until the canvas is in your hands.

A wedding portrait in either acrylic or watercolor paint created with quality materials, ensuring an heirloom that will last for generations.
On-site live painting for 4-6 hours, providing a unique experience and entertainment for your guests. In-studio touch ups after the event.
Independent consultation before the wedding to answer questions, establish style, timelines, attire to ensure we capture your wedding vision.

WHAT DO YOU TYPICALLY PAINT AT A WEDDING?
Memorable moments include wedding ceremony or the first dance at the reception. At the consultation we’ll talk about special moments that are import to you, choosing the one that will be treasured for years to come. Creating a piece of art that is unique to your story we can add details such as the monogram decal on the dance floor or surrounding you with the wedding environment and loved ones.
WHAT kind of investment will it take?
Pricing is structured by elements such as canvas size, distance to venue, on-site painting vs in-studio painting or multiple pieces. Starting at $1,900 we can create a 24x18” stretched canvas on-site for 4-7 hours of painting at the event, 10+ hours of studio touch up time after the event with delivery and taxes included. are you willing to travel to our location?
I am willing to travel and would love to join you! Car travel within North East Ohio - Cleveland, Akron, Canton Areas. Mileage, airfare, and overnight hotel accommodations beyond a 2-hour drive will require a custom quote.
WHAT IF MY WEDDING CEREMONY IS ONLY 15 MINUTES LONG? Or canceled? Can you still paint live?
Yes! Part of my process is to take still images of your selected memorable moment. My mobile studio can proceed to the wedding reception where I will continue the painting.
If the wedding is canceled within 4 weeks up to the reserved date the balance can be applied towards an in-studio portrait which is completed based on a photo of your choice.
